Removal of Ukraine’s Constitutional Court Head Ruled Illegal

The suspension of the chief judge at Ukraine’s Constitutional Court was ruled illegal by the Supreme Court.

President Volodymyr Zelenskiy suspended Oleksandr Tupytskyi after the Constitutional Court rolled back anti-corruption reforms in October, jeopardizing billions of dollars in international aid. Parliament has since moved to restore the legislation.
