The artworks were “unlawfully acquired” by the family and are to be forfeited to the government, according to the decision posted on the court’s website. The dictator’s clan was also directed to account for and divulge the location of all paintings that are still with them.
The Marcos family earlier won four of the five civil cases decided this year.
