The EU Court of Justice, the bloc’s highest court, said Le Pen’s appeal of a lower tribunal’s ruling a year ago was “in part manifestly inadmissible and, in part manifestly unfounded.”
A spokesman for Le Pen’s party, the National Rally, declined to comment on the decision.
