India, Denmark Agree to Boost Partnership on Virus Fight

(Bloomberg) -- India’s Narendra Modi and Denmark’s Mette Frederiksen have agreed to strengthen ties on fighting the Covid-19 pandemic and will later form a green strategic partnership.

The two prime ministers held a phone meeting late Thursday, according to Frederiksen’s Copenhagen-based office.

“I am pleased that we share a joint vision on a significantly stronger relationship between India and Denmark,” Frederiksen said in a statement. “It’s a joint priority to ensure green growth and green jobs after the coronacrisis.”
