(Bloomberg) -- U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin may meet again in Helsinki in early 2019, according to Finland’s biggest newspaper Helsingin Sanomat.

The venue for the meeting would be a summit over arctic issues, as Finland is currently the chair of the Arctic Council, and Trump’s participation would likely be decided after U.S. mid-term elections on Nov. 6, Helsingin Sanomat said, citing several sources it didn’t identify.

Organizers are already looking at dates for the summit, with one option being the Valentine’s Day week in February, the newspaper said.
