(Bloomberg) -- U.K. Prime Minister Theresa May has invited her most senior ministers to read the draft Brexit deal in a private room adjoining her Downing Street offices. They aren’t allowed to take the document away with them but instead must sit and read it, and then leave.

The problem is, it’s 300 pages long, according to a person familiar with the issue, speaking on condition of anonymity.

And it’s not finished yet. The draft text doesn’t yet include the most difficult section -- on the so-called Irish border backstop plan.
