(Bloomberg) -- The proportion of women in management positions of Swiss banks lags that of other Swiss companies, according to the Schillingreport 2017. Of 34 banks, including UBS Group AG and Credit Suisse Group AG, just one boasted a female CEO, according to the report, which looked at a total of 113 companies across a variety of sectors. Still, at the supervisory board level, lenders displayed a “comparatively good gender diversity” with a ratio of 21 percent, the study showed.
