Wheat output will increase from 27.6 million tons in 2015, Statistics Canada said Tuesday from Ottawa. It would be only the second time in 25 years that total wheat production exceeds 30 million tons, said the agency, which interviewed about 13,100 farmers from July 21 to Aug. 4.
