Negotiations are going “extremely well” between the U.S. and China as Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer conduct talks in Beijing this week, Trump said Friday at the White House. The president qualified his remarks, saying progress only matters if they reach a deal.
