SoftBank Closed Two $1b Investments in Chinese Property Mkt: DJ

(Bloomberg) -- SoftBank’s Vision Fund invested $1 billion in online real-estate portal Beike part of broader funding, Dow Jones reported on Tuesday, citing unidentified people familiar with the matter.

• Separately invested $500 million directly into Beijing-based Ziroom and bought an additional $500 million of shares from its founders
  • Investment d firm at $6.6 billion
• Hillhouse Capital Group, Tencent Holdings and Sequoia Capital invested an additional $500m in Beike
  • Round d Beike at slightly more than $14 billion
• Deals closed in November
