(Bloomberg) -- The S&P 500 Index touched a session low Thursday after Republican Senator Bill Cassidy said the chamber’s tax bill would delay a cut in corporate rates until 2019. The benchmark shed almost 21 points to reach 2,573.46 at 11:53 a.m. New York time.
