(Bloomberg) -- Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, the U.K.-backed lender, will hand out 335 million pounds ($434 million) in bonuses for 2018, a 2 percent reduction from a year earlier, Sky News reported Saturday without saying where it got the information.

U.K. Government Investments, which manages the state’s 62.3 percent stake in the bank, and the board agreed on the bonus pool, Sky said. The size of the payout will be disclosed in the financial report due on Friday, according to the report.

The RBS bonus pool was 342 million pounds last year for 2017, Sky said.
