Lendingkart Raises Rs 21 Crore From Sistema Asia Fund

Lendingkart has now raised $146 million in equity till date. It’s current valuation was not disclosed.

Lendingkart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has raised Rs 21 crore (about $3 million) in fresh equity from Sistema Asia Fund, the fintech startup said on Friday.

Lendingkart has now raised $146 million in equity till date. The valuation of the company was not disclosed.

"The latest funding round with the help of the existing partners have signalled a strong support and trust in Lendingkart's vision of financial inclusion and digital accessibility for everyone," Harshvardhan Lunia, co-founder and managing director of Lendingkart, said in a statement.

The fintech startup had last week said it received $30 million in equity funding from Fullerton Financial Holdings, Bertelsmann India Investments ad India Quotient.

In the current funding round, the company has so far raised $33 million.

Since its inception, Lendingkart Finance, the non-banking financial arm of Lendingkart Group, has disbursed over 60,000 loans to more than 55,000 micro, small and medium enterprises.
