JPMorgan's Larry Wilson Said to Join Morgan Stanley for Equities

(Bloomberg) -- Larry Wilson, head of distribution and marketing of structured investments at JPMorgan Chase & Co., left the bank earlier this month for a similar role at Morgan Stanley, according to three people familiar with the matter.

At Morgan Stanley, he’ll become managing director for equity derivatives sales in New York, the people said, asking not to be identified because the hiring hasn’t been announced.

Wilson’s hiring follows the departure of Brooke Hammel from Morgan Stanley, who left recently for a position in the equity derivatives group at Goldman Sachs Group Inc., according to the people.

Wilson spent more than a decade at JPMorgan, most recently reporting to Scott Mitchell, according to the people. He’ll be replaced at JPMorgan by Brandon Igyarto, they said.

Representatives for the banks declined to comment. Neither Wilson nor Hammel could be immediately reached for comment by telephone or email.
