Aarti Drugs Expects Muted Sales Next Quarter

Aarti Drugs may face muted sales figures in the December ended quarter on account of raw material shortage.

An ongoing shortage in the supply of raw materials in China may affect Aarti Drugs Ltd.’s sales in the December quarter, its Chief Financial Officer Adish Patil told BloombergQuint.

China is one of the largest intermediary markets in the drug-making business. This shortage, however, will not affect its margins, he said.
