  • The iPhone 7 Plus sports two 12 MP cameras, a wide angle and telephoto. It will let you zoom like an optical lens in several ways: 10X without pixellating image. Increased depth of field and higher quality photos.

The improved HD retina display for both phones will be 25% brighter and feature a wider colour gamut.

Apple says bye bye to the headphone jack. The lightning port is taking over the job of the 3.5mm jack. But don’t worry, there’s an adapter.

Apple launches wireless headphones called “AirPods.” IR sensors detect when they are in your ear so they only play music when you’re listening. They switch automatically to whatever device you’re using and last 24 hours on a single charge. The headphones are powered by Apple’s first wireless “W1” chip.

Apple releases the new A10 fusion chip. It’s over 40% faster than its predecessor. It features a four core CPU with 3.3 billion transistors. Graphics performance is 240x faster than the original iPhone.
