Here are the stocks to watch out for in today’s session:
Shilpa Medicare
- Shareholders approve increasing foreign investment in the company to 40 percent from 30 percent.
- Allot 30.25 lakh shares at Rs 570 each to TA FII Investors Ltd. post the resolution passed by the shareholders at their EGM on December 26.
- Also appointed TA FII Investors’ nominee Naresh Patwari as an additional non-executive and non-independent director of the company.
Jindal Poly Films
- Board of directors approve increasing borrowing limit to Rs 5,000 crore from Rs 4,000 crore.
- Also approve creation of charge on assets up to Rs 5,000 crore.
- Approval to subsidiary JPF Netherlands to issue further shares to other investors and issue NCDs up to Rs 500 crore.
Other stocks in focus today:
- Jubilant Life Sciences: Shareholders approved issue of NCDs up to Rs 1,000 crore.
- Capital First: To consider and approve the private placement of NCDs to be listed on the Debt Market segment of National Stock Exchange on December 29.
- ITD Cementation: Shareholders approve company to give loans or guarantees up to Rs 2,500 crore.
- Idea Cellular: Appoints Alka Bharucha as additional director for a period of five years from December 26.
- DB Realty: Promoter Vinod Goenka acquires an additional 0.004 percent stake in the company through the market.
- Aurobindo Pharma: One of the promoter holding 33.56 percent stake releases pledge on 1 percent of the holding.
- Piramal Enterprises: Sai Krishna Trust, promoter of the company acquired another 0.01 percent stake through market.
- Sadbhav Infrastructure: One of the promoter holding 0.16 percent stake in the company pledges 50 percent of his stake with Kotak Mahindra investment for fund raising.
- Sun Pharma: One of the promoters who holds 0.6 percent stake in the company, pledged 2.7 percent of his holdings with Citicorp Finance (India) for a secured credit facility.
- GMR Infrastructure: Releases pledge on 2.11 percent of its stake with Vistra ITCL with whom it had pledged 19.33 percent stake.
- Eicher Motors: Vikram Lal transfers his entire 10.11 percent stake to The Simran Siddhartha Tara Benefit Trust. Trust will now hold 35.11 percent stake.
- NBCC: To consider issue of bonus shares on January 4.
- Apollo Hospitals: Issues letter of comfort for a sum of Rs 37.10 crore to ICICI Bank for sanction of credit facilities in favour of its step-down subsidiary ‘Alliance Dental Care Ltd., Chennai.’
- Future Enterprises: Transfers 16.09 percent stake in Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd to Future Corporate Resources Ltd. via block deal.
- Symphony: To close down operations of its wholly-owned subsidiary in the U.S.
