Cyrus Mistry Says His Fight Is Against Ratan Tata’s ‘Capricious Decision Making’ 

Individuals prone to impulsive control caused enormous loss to shareholders, Mistry said.

The Tata-Mistry war of words continued as ousted Tata Sons chairman, Cyrus Mistry, accused certain "individuals prone to impulsive control" of having exposed the Tata group to regulatory violations. He added that his fight is against Ratan Tata’s ‘capricious decision-making’ which could hurt the entire group.

“These individuals” tried to obtain sensitive information from listed Tata group company and disrupted governance, according to a letter issued by Cyrus Mistry's office.

It is in fact these individuals prone to impulsive control who have inflicted severe damage and enormous financial loss to all stakeholders of the Tata Group, including shareholders. They have also exposed the Tata Group to perilous violation of regulatory requirements, seeking to procure unpublished price sensitive information from listed Tata Group companies, breaking down governance.

Mistry's remarks come after Tata Sons in a letter on Monday said that Mistry's actions since his ouster on October 24 have caused enormous damage and financial loss to all shareholders.
